Does my phone need an app?
No. Loggy works with the browser already on your phone - the same one you use every day. No download, no account, no setup. Just tap and go.
Will it work with my phone?
Loggy works with iPhone 7 and later and most Android phones from 2015 onwards. If your phone supports tap-to-pay at the checkout, it will work with Loggy.
Is my data safe?
Loggy is private by design. No name, no email, no personal information is collected when you tap. Your log lives at a unique URL that can't be guessed or searched. Only someone who physically taps your Loggy - or someone you share the link with - can see it.
What if the Loggy falls off?
Loggy comes with a pre-applied adhesive and optional attachments for bottles and containers. If it ever breaks, contact us and we'll replace it immediately. No questions asked.
Can multiple people use the same Loggy?
Yes! Anyone who taps the disc adds to the same log. Share the link and anyone with it can check when it last happened, from anywhere. Perfect for households where more than one person needs to be in the loop.
